"Ana Jawwal" turned 160 university students a year into the brand's voice on campus. I designed the program, chose the students, trained them, and ran a year-long competition between eight universities.

Designed the program from the ground up: its goals, a one-year cycle, the ambassador's role, and what students gained in return.

Set up the program with university leadership, then advertised it, screened applicants and interviewed them, building a team of 20 students at each of eight universities.
Built custom training in marketing, sales and event management. Students learned it, then applied it straight away in real company work.
Ran field workshops on team building and on resolving conflicts within student teams, so each university team learned to work as one.

Ambassadors joined Jawwal's official events and sales activities, on campus and beyond, as the face of the brand for their generation.

Evaluated every team throughout the year, tracked each ambassador's activity, reported to management, and awarded major prizes to the winning teams at graduation.
