I held full ownership of Jawwal's sports sponsorships in the Gaza Strip. A sponsorship was never just a logo on a shirt: I built the whole matchday around the brand, from the federation office to the fans in the stands.

Chose which federations, clubs and tournaments fit the brand and its audience, and assessed every incoming sponsorship request against clear criteria.
Negotiated the value of each deal and what Jawwal received in return, then followed each side's obligations through the season.

Signed agreements with sports media so every sponsored event was covered across their print, web and social channels. Clubs sent me any news linked to Jawwal before publishing, and I routed it to our content team for review.

Worked directly with each club's ultras to learn what they needed and supplied them with Jawwal-branded fan gear. I also kept personal relationships with players who had real influence on the fans.
Visited every venue before a tournament to check brand quality, atmosphere and the award podium. I sourced giant screens, fan gear, medals and trophies, arranged seating for stakeholders and VIPs, and briefed photo and video crews.

Managed the sponsorship budget and suppliers. After each tournament I filed a full report to management, handed raw footage to our editing and social media team, and evaluated whether each partnership deserved renewal.
