If it carried the Jawwal logo in the Gaza Strip, it was my responsibility. I led a team of three across six areas, from billboards to the scent of a branch.
Managed 3,000+ m² of billboards, choosing high-traffic sites in dense city centres and on main roads. I took designs from the creative team to installation, checking print quality, colour accuracy and speed, then signed off supplier payments with finance and procurement against the agreed terms.

Owned every branded item: printed materials, internal and external official correspondence, promotional flyers, and staff uniforms and apparel.
Managed the full range of promotional gifts, from everyday giveaways to premium gifts for VIPs and partners: supply, stock control, quality and brand colour checks, and distribution to every company site according to need.
Ran regular inspection visits to every company site, checking signage and wayfinding, cleanliness and scent, how sales staff treated subscribers, and waiting times. After each visit I filed a full report and routed every finding to the right team: lighting to engineering, paintwork to buildings, and brand or colour issues to our suppliers, which I handled myself.

Visited our 360+ distributors to check storefront signage, make sure current campaign materials were in place, and review how they served subscribers.
Made sure the brand showed up right at every company event and sponsorship, down to the paint, lighting and scent of our exhibition stands.
